reproducible with nb061002+uml?061006?

create any diagram, add several elemnts and try zoom in/out diagram with
ctrl+scroll ball, entire desktop is scaled

It's a standard for windows to use CTRL+Wheel for zooming(for example openoffice
use ctrl+wheel etc), now we have some unique way just because of mac problems, I
think this option should be platform dependant.
Anyway I prefer to leave old behavior even if it will not work on mac, because
it's more friendly for all other users. Any opinions?
