reproducible with 061006, 1.5.0.6

steps:
1. create class diagram
2. try CTRL-SHIFT-H
it works
3. try CTRL-SHIFT-R
doesn't work

need to find different keystroke

Changed the accelerator of the orthogonal layout to ctrl-shift-B from ctrl-shift-R. For some reason the R 
did not work on the Mac (though I do not know why).
