There is only described attach method in the hint, hints for other invocations
describes dynamic/direct attaching.

I think notes like 'Using the profiler jdk 1.4.2 is required ...' and '...
Profiler Remote pack is required ...' would look better on a new line.

I don't agree that hints on new line look better. Hints are displayed in 
italics for now, will probably need some UI redesign in future (according to 
HIE complaints).
