Steps to reproduce:

- Create a Java-Platform Model UML project
- Add some elements to project
- Select the project and invoke 'Generate Code...'
- Press 'OK' button on 'Generate Code' dialog
  'Authorize UML Project Save' dialog appears.

  'Yes Always' does not have mnemonic

  See attached a11y report.

A mnemonic and accessible description was missing for Yes to All button, and now
have been provided.
