Original status: 1-Dispatched; Suggested Status: NEW

Original Target Release: ; Suggested Target Milestone : 5.5

Description:
coco build 060102_1

After the UML module is disabled, the UML icon from the Basic Options is still
being displayed until ide restarts. Then, the UML icon is not displayed after
UML module is enabled until ide restarts.

Repro steps:
- start ide on a fresh userdir
- create a java project
- create a uml java-platform project and associate it to the java project
- create any diagram and a couple of elements of any type
- select Tools->Options: the default Basic Options view shows the UML icon, then
click on the UML icon
- click on Advanced Options button and scroll to the UML options and click on it
- close the Options dialog
- select Tools->Module Manager
- uncheck the "UML" module from teh Module Manager
- click OK to disable other modules from the 2nd dialog
- close the Module Manager
- select Tools->Options
Result: the UML icon still exists which should not be there anymore.
- restart ide and reverify that the UML icon is no longer displayed on the
Options dialog
- click on the Advanced Options button (this step is necessary to replicate the
2nd issue below)

Now, the 2nd part where enabling UML module does not restore the UML icon.
Continue from above.
- select Tools->Module Manager
- check the UML module checkbox to enable it
- check the Modeling checkbox to enable it
- close the Module Manager dialog
- select Tools->Options
Result: the UML icon is not displayed on the Basic Options view.
