Steps:
1. Install NetBeans 5.5 (Release version)
2. Start up NetBeans 5.5
3. Observe popup dialogue showing error: A java.io.IOException exception has
occurred.

Something is wrong with your suite project definition, though I am not sure what
offhand - it is referring to a NB platform definition which does not exist,
perhaps it did not get imported from an earlier version correctly.
