Fixed as much as I can. Please verify if it corrects all problems
there are still some issues Components with no LABEL_FOR pointing to it : Class: javax.swing.JTextField { Application version | N/A } - the mnemonic 'r' from Application version label points to different textField. Components with no mnemonic : Class: javax.swing.JCheckBox { &Auto increment application version after Target bundle build. | N/A }

Mnemonics for check boxes needs special handling, which I didn't know about. It works now.
