if user moves focus between diagram elements using Tab, focus may be moved to
the element that is outside of visible diagram area.

Behaviour should be the same as in OpenOffice Draw: when focus is moved to not
visible element, visible area is also moved to show this element.

Fixed it. When the node is selected using tab, and is Not visible in the current
visible drawing area, the node will be centered.
