Deployment of Web Application, Enterprise Application or EJB Module project to WebSphere server sometimes fails. No explicit reasons could be identified.

In order to work around this issue proceed with the following steps:
1) Login to WebSphere administration console
2) Examine list of deployed applications
3) Start your application if it is in stopped state
4) If this doesn't help, stop and undeploy your application and then
   repeat Deploy or Run Project command in IDE.
