reproducible with 061112_2

ctrl-enter adds incorrect synchronous and asynchronous messages
step:
1. create sequence diagram
2. add two lifelines and select
3. use ctrl-enter palette
center-center links added, started on distance from lifelines, without message
region

user should be asked where to place new link because order is important (and
can't be changed after creation) on sequence diagram and link should be
correctly displayed

This is not what I was seeing.  I was able to add multiple messages, and they
all show up correctly.  Please give me your use case.
