steps to reproduce:

1. register a GF instance
2. create a java ee 5 web app, named ContextRootTest, targeted to GF
3. Run the application

Observe: The URL appears as: http;//localhost:8080/web instead of
http://localhost:8080/ContextRootTest in the browser.
