From the state diagram, the Simple State and Submachine State elements have
Transitions compartment that should be navigable to individual events and
transitions. Only the first event or transition in the compartment can be
reached now.

verified in build 061129_9.
Using Shift-left/right arrows to traverse between compartment has a very minor
issue. When I do Shift-leftarrow to get in the transition/event compartment then
do Shift-rightarrow to change direction, the focus is still the same as doing
Shift-leftarrow for the first time then focus will be normal starting on the 2nd
time. I'll file a separate issue to track this minor issue instead of re-opening
this issue.
