If user has moved focus inside compartment, up/down arrows may be used to move
focus inside compartment.
But after the upper or lower item, arrow removes focus from compartment.
Only selection is still leaved on the last selected item.
Focus can't be returned back by moving it in opposite direction.

If user presses Enter after focus is moved outside of compartment,
diagram element name edit control is activated.
