If user has added element from palette to diagram using Ctrl+Enter, 
focus is still on palette.

Diagram editor starts to handle some a11y shortcuts (like Ctrl+Arrow), 
but:
- arrows do not move diagram area
- Ctrl+F4 closes Palette instead of editor.

Workaround: Ctrl-0 can be used to put focus on the diagram editor.

A11Y is not yet fully implemented in 6.5

I'm working on the the Ctrl+Enter to add diagram for uml 6.5 and will fix this issue as well.
