reproducible with 061121_17

may be issue already filed, can't find now
steps:
1. create component diagram
2. add component and interface
3. add assembly connector between component and interface
4. draw assembly connector from the component to free area
5. invoke 'Evenly Distribute...' from component context menu
see changed ports

Planned for drawing area upgrade after NB 6.0.

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

The component diagram will not be supported in 6.5.  Depends on issue 133976.

Will be verified when collaboration/component/deployment diagrams are implemented.
