Sun CR #6496572
1. Start IDE. Add GlassFish.
2. Start GlassFish in debug mode.

Result: GlassFish started in debug mode.

3. Stop GlassFish. Start GlassFish in simple mode.

Result: GlassFish started in debug mode.

Work Around
Restart IDE or remove GlassFish and add it again.
