"relationship discovery" toolbar button accelerator is 'Ctrl+Shift+D'.
The same is used for Documentation window.

accelerators for "relationship discovery" should be changed.

Do not know why I have loosed this during issue 85390 verification.

Changed accelerator for "relationship discovery" from "Ctrl+Shift+D" to "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D" because the 
original keystroke conflicted with the documentation window.

According to the OLH shortacuts table, "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D" is already used by
"Move to Back" button in the Diagram toolbar.
