Need to adjust the XML catalog entries to include the latest BPEL 2.0 schemas,
and remove the prior BPEL 2.0 xsd's which are no longer supported.

This is done actually.
There is pending task to optimize schema file location
( avoid duplication ).

Schemas location are refactored.
