1. Add WebSphere to Servers.
2. Start it in debug mode.

Result: WebSphere started in debug mode.

3. Restart it.

Result: WebSphere started in simple mode.

Other servers restarted in the same mode as before (except WebLogic and WebSphere).

Moreover, Refresh action clears "Started in Debug" icon replacing it with just
"Started" icon. If the Debug Project action is invoked the server is restarted.
