I've installed NB taken here
http://smetiste.czech.sun.com/builds/netbeans/5.5/latest_fcs/zhuc/
Installed cnd from here:
http://smetiste.czech.sun.com/builds/cnd/releases/5.5/FCS/installers/zhuc/

files from NB_HOME/cnd1/bin don't have permissions for execution.
