The ClassNotFoundException appears to be due to a missing Nokia designer class,
so I reassigned it to the mobility component.  The classfile component is a
library from reading class files, not a general category for all class-related
issues.

it seems that you used the Nokia Developer Suite in NB, then uninstall
(deleted?) it.  There are records from the module in netbeans cache and your
userdir. 

IMO, delete of your userdir
(http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/view/FaqWhatIsUserdir) or a part of it should
help to get rid off the exceptions

Thanks Ihasik for your help.I have solved this problem by deleting the desktop
.netbeans folder installation.Now it is working fine.
