Message numbers are only created sequentially and cannot be modified in any way.
Even deletion and recreation of a message leads to an increased number (except
for the latest).

Any error while creating messages makes the complete diagram void, bc. the error
cannot be corrected.

I think should be at least p2, because behavior is similar to dataloss

The feature is by design. I'm changing it to an enhancement and P2 is correct
priority for this so changing it to p2 as well.
