Steps to reproduce:
 - create a BPEL project with a BPEL diagram (Sync sample for example)
 - create TRS sample
 - drag process WSDL from TRS to the first projects' diagram
 - dialog will appear. Click Cancel
Although you canceled the action, the TRS wsdl will be copied to the BPEL project

Not a bug. While d'n'd retriever creates files and after that the dialog
appears. At this moment we have situation when all files have been created and
dialog allows user to select one of them. We can't delete the files, because it
can be used by another partnerLinks.
