Steps to reproduce:
 - create a BPEL diagram
 - add an assignment activity there, select it, mapper will be opened
 - add several assignments in the mapper using functoids
 - switch to source view
 - while in source view, select all the functoids and press Del
 - The functoids will be deleted from the mapper design area but some of them
will remain in source
