Profiler 070117

Steps to reproduce:
- Start Monitoring Profiler task
- Open Threads, VM Telemetry or Live Profiling Results window
- Set focus on one of its toolbar buttons
- RESULT: There is a small dotted square inside the picture and it don't look pretty.

That's a JDK bug (Windows Classic LaF) that won't be fixed in Profiler. The 
same happens for toolbar icons of the IDE. If you run the Profiler (IDE) using 
JDK 1.6 or older builds of 1.5 (_04) icons appearance is correct.

Sorry - in the IDE toolbar icons don't have focus displayed - another JDK bug 
in every 1.5 build. This is fixed for all Profiler toolbars but because of 
another JDK bug with incorrect toolbar buttons margins the focus is displayed 
as a small rectangle.
