It's impossible to start profiling when used manually defined proxy in NB.
Profiling ends with socket connection error.
For no proxy and system proxy everything works.

this seems to be related to how the IDE generates the list of non-proxy host. the list is now generated correctly and
i'm not able to reproduce the issue. thus closing it as "works for me"
