Desc:
When the comp App is undeployed the logs for build.xl are showing the 
following error message, but undeploy succeeds.

undeploy:
Error parsing XML: java.io.FileNotFoundException: 
http://www.sun.com/software/dtd/appserver/sun-domain_1_3.dtd
[stop-service-assembly]
    Stopping a service assembly...
        host=localhost


Build details: 
Gavotte 20070116_30

Steps:
1.Create BPEL project
2.Creeate CompAPP
3.Try build ->-deploy->undeploy & verify build.xml logs in NB.

Not sure this is bug at all

This was fixed for release551 beta.
