This is all very odd. On my side, I get code completion for "require", for
"Date", etc. 

I have some changes in my workspace that I'll commit shortly and then I'll try
to download the older build and see if it's broken there for me as well or if
we're dealing with platform differences...

This should be working so closing the various CC bugs as duplicates of each
other. See 93026 for more.
