It'd be nice if refactoring diff preview scrolls to line which is beeing
modified upon selecting a refactoring element from the tree

Cannot be fixed before issue 93029

It would be nice if it will work in the same way as utilities|Search&Raplace
preview.

Scrolling works fine. There is just a minor problem now - the selected change
(indicated by thicker lines in diff) does not correspond to the selected
refactoring element
