Download Standard bundle. 
nbi_nb-ide_6.0.0.0.200701150200_glassfish_2.0.0.33.20070124_windows
Install it.
Move to Add/Remove Programs.
Uninstall NetBeans IDE.
Then try to uninstall GlassFish.
NullPointerException happened.

While it's generally not a good idea to close an older issue as a duplicate, but
the newer one depicts the problem much better.
