This issue found with custom installer and all selected components. Installation
with JDK build 1.6.0-b105. AS starts with exception approximately one time per
three/four installations.

BTW I don't think this is duplicate of
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=92983.
There is other staff inside log like StackOverflowError.

I can't reproduce the issue and it's not reproducible on other QE machines. ->
WORKSFORME until it's reproducible elsewhere or an exact cause is known.

My machine is QE machine BTW :)
Reproduced with M11, but I did not checked with network reconfiguration yet.
