No labeling in the screen for step 3 (Select Table Objects) and step 5 (Enter 
JNDI Name) in JDBC WSDL wizard.
Notice that this is inconsistent with all other screens for the wizard.

In addition, the steps title should be changed to also include ‘Data Source’ 
selection.
(i.e. Select Data Source and Table Objects)
