When browsing fields or references in heapwalker, there is a horizontal scroll
bar for Field column shown sometimes. If you scroll it and then change the shown
instance the way the scrollbar disappears, it will not be scrolled back, so the
tree will be shown outside the table without any chance to align it back until
you somehow enable the scrollbar. See screenshot attached.
This makes reading treetable data very difficult. Typically this happens when 
tree column scrollbar is already scrolled and tree is expanded.
