Attach Wizard should have one more option for GlassFish server to cover Start in
Profile Mode functionality. Currently user needs to select Manual Integration
from Attach Wizard but do not perform it since IDE has been already added all
the necessary options. This is not clear for user who doesn't know all the
internal specifics of Profiler. There should be one more option: something like
"Direct attach using Start in Profile Mode menu item" to solve this usability
problem.
