Reproduce steps:
NB 5.5.1 daily build 20070207 2210
Glassfish V2 beta promoted build b33b

1. Add local GF V2 server as default
2. Start the server in debug mode
3. Stop the server
4. Start the server
From now on, server is always started in debug mode.

I will port the fix for this to 5.5.1.. I forgot it.
