I am using AS b33b PE bit, NB 2/7 build, on winXP.

Server node does not get removed when removing a running server.  I showed
the bug to Vince and have sent him the stack trace.

Steps to recreat:

(1) register a server
(2) start the server
(3) remove the server, it fails to remove the node

If there are two registered server, after seeing the above failure and then
try to remove the second server got NPE.

I am using AS 9.1 PE bit which is the same bit as GF V2

I forgot to port this into 5.5.1.. this is an easy fix.
