After attempting to find usages for a method, observed following error:

A java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException exception has occurred.
Please report this at http://www.netbeans.org/community/issues.html,
including a copy of your messages.log file as an attachment.
The messages.log file is located in your C:\Documents and 
Settings\Dan_Stover\.netbeans\5.5\var\log folder.

Duplicate of issue 75955. It's bug in JDK but it should be fixed now in final
version of JDK 6.0
