Topic title: Registering a Local DTD or XML Schema Resource
To register a local DTD or XML schema:
1. Expand the DTD and XML Schema Catalogs node, right-click and the User Catalog
node, and choose Add Local DTD or XML Schema.
--> right-click and the User ... I think the "and" shouldn't be there.

2. Select whether which ID to map to the local file:
--> I think "whether" should be removed from this step.
