Minor UI thing: main.rb should not created for RoR project. Looks like it is not
created anyway. The wizard UI is maybe reused from Ruby project?

This is fixed - I removed the label and checkbox

Changing target milestone of all resolved Ruby issues from TBD to 6.0 Beta 1 build.
