Build: Gavotte daily build 070309_4 Steps to reproduce it: 1. Start IDE. 2. Start App Server. 3. In Runtime window, expand "Sun Java System Application Server -> JBI -> Service Engines". 4. Right-click "sun-iep-engine" node, select start. Error dialog pops up with the following messages: "Failed execution of startComponent: sun-iep-engine ERROR: (JBIMA0000) IEP service engine start failed ERROR: (JBIMA0000) C:\Sun\AppServer\domains\domain1\jbi\components\sun-iep-engine\install_root\workspace\bootstrap.properties (The system cannot find the file specified) ERROR: (JBIFW1149) Engine sun-iep-engine cannot be started. The lifeCycle start() method threw a javax.jbi.JBIException exception. The exception message is: IEP service engine start failed." The detail of the exception is attached.

This bug can be reproduced with Hula milestone 8. It blocks Loan Processing Blue Print sample app development. Please fix it as soon as possible.
The installer team checked in the fix for this issue on 03/20/2007. Please wait for the change to be picked up by the new installer.
