Although wsdl service port specifies a soap adress at port 18181, the deployed web service listens to port 
8080. After default installation of bundled application server (Enterprise Pack 5.5.1 beta), there is no 
configured http listener for port 18181. Creating such a listener does not resolve the problem.

Reassign to GlassFish plug-in developers for evaluation.

do you have a sample project or steps to reproduce this?

Closing as invalid until an example project demonstrating issue is provided.  Description is lacking in detail.
