NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200703141900)
1.6.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-b105
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_US (nb); Cp1252


1. Start AS
2. Expand Sun Java System Application Server 9 -> JBI -> Service Engines
3. See sun-iep-enine node has "red paper-clip" icon
4. Right click on the node and select "Start"

JBIFW1149: Engine sun-iep-engine cannot be started. The LifeCycle start() method
threw a javax.jbi.JBIException exception. The exception message is: IEP service
engine start failed
