Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
ru_RU (nb); Cp1251

Steps to reproduce:
- Insert Stopwatch profiling point
- Start Profiling
- Make sure the PP is hit
- Open its report
- RESULT: Each hit is shown with "<unknown thread>" value.

Information about the thread name temporarily removed until resolving thread 
name by id is implemented.

Fixed for M8.
