Inside current trunk, options dialog profiler section does not resize properly
when using --fontsize switch. See attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce: 
-------------------
1) Run IDE with --fontsize 14 command line switch
2) Invoke Tools|Options|Profiler

Got the same problems on Mac, without use of any --fontsize options. See
screenshot attached.

Added vertical scrollbar as a temporary fix. Later in 6.0 Profiler Options will 
be rearranged & moved to Miscellaneous.

Fixed for M9.
