Spinner value in advanced settings isn't updated when new value is typed in and
then the dialog is switched to another configuration.

Looks like Swing focus-related problem but should be workarounded somehow in SPT.

Should be fixed once accessibility is implemented for task switching -> 
expandable panels & links will be focusable.

Works fine using JDK 7u7 and recent NB devbuild.
