Using the daily build from 2007-03-19 on JDK 6 on WinXP.  I can never get the
Add As Profiling Root Method context menu entry to be enabled.

I put the cursor in a method and then right-click and choose Profiling.  The
other two context menu entries are enabled, but Add As Profiling Root Method
never is.  Jiri said he thought this is a Retouche bug....

To enable it you have to put cursor into method name. We will fix it to behave
like 'Rename'.
