Seen on Windows XP with Hula 070327_5 and JDK 1.5.0_10:

1. Open projects in attached .zip.
2. Add a new composite app project.
3. Open the CASA Editor for the new composite app.
4. DnD the External SU widget into the External Modules area.
5. DnD JBI Module (SynchronousClient) into JBI Modules area.
6. Build Project.
7. DnD Provide widget to External Modules area.
8. Draw a connection between the BPEL SU and the External SU.
9. Change the External SU Service Name property, (as in Tutorial 2):
- Click on the Service Name edit button to open the Service Name QName editor
and input the following values:

Local Name: SynchronousSample
Namesapce URI:
http://enterprise.netbeans.org/bpel/SynchronousSample/SynchronousSample_1
Prefix: ns4

=> I get the Question prompt stating that the *.casa file has been changed
externally, and do I want to reload it.

10. I click Yes.

=> Everything I did to the External SU disappears.

All problems described in the bug report should be fixed now in Hula builds 
post 070406.

I cannot verify this fix until issue 100856 is fixed.
