For now entries from "Add/Remove Programs" are invoked using <java-path>/bin/
javaw.exe -jar <> <arguments>.
In case the user changes his/her JRE/JDK this will be an issue for running 
uninstaller. So we should switch from running partical java to using launcher 
functionality.

The issue is fixed.
