build 20070402
Steps:
1) create web project with REST framework
2) create entity classes from DB
3) start REST WS wizard and try to select only one entity class
ERROR: only Add All and Remove All buttons work but Add and Remove one item
doesn't work

For M9 only add all and remove all will be supported. The inactive buttons are
removed now.
