Description:

Create two JDA, open Application Action editor ... check, all project are listed
in Project's combobox (Application Action editor) but when one of them is
deleted, it constantly remains in combobox list.

Description:

now the deleted project is correctly removed from combobox but iproject combo is
not correctly updated because there remains white space

another issue is that when all projects are deleted from IDE then the last one
of them remains forever in project combo.

This is fixed now.  The combos, table, and buttons will now be cleared and disabled if there are no open 
JDA projects.
